Watchful Shepherd, a local 501c3, is a child abuse prevention program.  They are seeking to grow their program at the local and national level.  They work with local Child Advocate Agencies (CYS and others) in Allegheny, Washington and other area counties throughout Pennsylvania.

Watchful Shepard has been in existence for over 25 years.  It was founded by Joseph Femiani in 1993.  Joe was a Paul Harris Fellow that utilized Rotary funds from his local club in McMurray, PA as seed money to help start the Watchful Shepherd program.

Tracy Walnoha is the Executive Director of Watchful Shepard.
