Paul Bucciarelli is a part-time business consultant with the DU SBDC, and serves the New Castle / Lawrence County area.

Paul recently retired from The PNC Financial Services Group after 19 years as a VP – Supply Chain Manager.  Previous professional employment included positions in merchandising and purchasing with Servistar, a hardware cooperative membership organization, and with Big Wheel, a discount store chain.

Paul holds a Masters in Business Administration from Youngstown State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Journalism from Penn State.    He is a part-time business faculty member for the Penn State Shenango Campus, and also serves on the Advisory Board for PSU – Shenango.  Paul is a long-time member of the Pittsburgh chapter of the Institute for Supply Management, and was the president of the chapter during 2008 – 2009.

Paul is a board member of the Lawrence County Partners for Preservation, a non-profit advocacy group focused on the economic value of preserving and promotion history and architecture in Lawrence County, and resides in New Castle’s North Hill Historic District.

Paul will discuss the business consulting services provided by the Duquesne University Small Business Development Center, (SBDC); available at no cost, to area residents seeking to either start a new business or grow an existing business.  These services are generally provided by in-person consulting sessions at the local office of the SBDC, located in the Lawrence County Regional Chamber of Commerce offices at 325 East Washington Street in downtown New Castle.
